Microsoft Answers
I’ve not been using Windows since quite a long time and I’m currently jumping into the Windows arena sporting my Windows 7 Ult. x64. While the way Windows behaves has not changed much, there are still some things which puzzle me.
Enter Microsoft Answers – http://answers.microsoft.com/
Microsoft Answers consists of a board of forums where you obtain your answers to questions related to Microsft Windows and Windows Live products.
Although I believe that the best way to find answers to particular questions remain the good old search engine and Yahoo Answers (it’s the best YAHOO product/service, IMO), Microsoft Answers is good. Kudos to MS. for getting closer to its user base.
I look forward to seeing more features, more categories and more supported languages.
